1. Giriş

Primitive Engineering ("biz", "geliştirici") olarak, "Çocuklar için Sayıları Öğreniyoruz" uygulamasını (bundan sonra "Uygulama") kullanan çocukların ve ailelerinin gizliliğine büyük önem veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamamızı kullanırken hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini (veya işlenmediğini) şeffaf bir şekilde açıklar.

Bu politika Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA), Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği (GDPR ve GDPR-K), Türkiye Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Google Play Aile Politikası ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanmıştır.

2. Hedef Kitle

Bu Uygulama, 3-7 yaş arası çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama, çocukların ebeveyn veya yasal velilerinin gözetimi altında kullanılması amacıyla geliştirilmiştir.

3. Topladığımız Veriler

Hiçbir veri toplamıyoruz.

Bu Uygulama aşağıdaki bilgileri toplamaz, depolamaz veya iletmez:

Ad, soyad, e-posta veya iletişim bilgileri
Doğum tarihi, yaş veya cinsiyet
Konum bilgisi (GPS, IP adresi, ağ konumu)
Cihaz tanımlayıcıları (IMEI, MAC adresi, reklam kimliği)
Fotoğraf, video veya ses kayıtları
Rehber, mesajlar veya çağrı geçmişi
Kullanım analitiği veya davranışsal veriler
Çökme raporları veya hata günlükleri

4. Cihazda Saklanan Veriler

Uygulama, yalnızca kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek amacıyla bazı tercih bilgilerini cihazda yerel olarak saklar. Bu bilgiler hiçbir zaman cihaz dışına çıkmaz ve şunlardan oluşur:

Tamamlanan seviyeler ve ilerleme durumu
Ses seviyesi ve müzik tercihleri
Erişilebilirlik ayarları (hareketi azaltma vb.)

Bu veriler cihazın yerel depolama alanında (SharedPreferences) tutulur ve Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda otomatik olarak silinir. Ayrıca uygulama içindeki "Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi Sıfırla" seçeneği ile istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

5. İnternet ve Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

📡 İnternet bağlantısı gerekmez. Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır.

6. Reklamlar ve Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar

Uygulama tamamen ücretsiz ve reklamsızdır. Uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik veya bağış sistemi içermez.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Hedef kitlemiz 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklar olduğundan, COPPA (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) ve GDPR-K (Avrupa Birliği) gerekliliklerine tam uyum sağlıyoruz:

Çocuklardan hiçbir kişisel bilgi istemiyoruz veya toplamıyoruz.
Çocukların adlarını, e-postalarını veya diğer iletişim bilgilerini girmelerini gerektiren hiçbir özellik yoktur.
Uygulamada sohbet, yorum, sosyal paylaşım veya kullanıcılar arası iletişim özellikleri bulunmamaktadır.
Dış bağlantılar ve ayarlar, çocukların yanlışlıkla erişmesini önlemek için ebeveyn kilidi (matematik sorusu) arkasındadır.
Davranışsal reklamcılık veya kişiselleştirilmiş içerik sunulmaz.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olduğunda, bu sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

1. Introduction

Primitive Engineering ("we", "our", "developer") deeply values the privacy of children and families using the "Numbers for Kids" mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy transparently explains what information is (or is not) processed when using our App.

This policy complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR and GDPR-K), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and Google Play's Families Policy.

2. Target Audience

This App is designed for children aged 3 to 7. The App is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We collect no data whatsoever.

This App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Name, surname, email, or contact information
Date of birth, age, or gender
Location data (GPS, IP address, network location)
Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, advertising ID)

4. Data Stored on Device

The App stores limited preference information locally on the device solely to improve the user experience. This data never leaves the device and consists of:

Completed levels and progress status
Volume and music preferences
Accessibility settings (reduce motion, etc.)

This data is stored in the device's local storage (SharedPreferences) and is automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled. You can also delete it anytime via "Settings → Reset Progress" inside the App.

5. Internet and Third-Party Services

📡 No internet connection required. The App works completely offline.

The following third-party services are NOT used:

Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
Advertising networks (Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, etc.)

6. Ads and In-App Purchases

The App is completely free and ad-free. It contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or donation mechanisms.

Since our target audience consists of children under 13, we fully comply with COPPA (United States) and GDPR-K (European Union) requirements:

We do not request or collect any personal information from children.
There are no features requiring children to enter names, emails, or other contact information.
The App contains no chat, comment, social sharing, or user-to-user communication features.
External links and settings are placed behind a parental gate (math question) to prevent accidental access by children.
No behavioral advertising or personalized content is delivered.
